A lyrical little documentary of those, mostly children, who succumb to the lure of water on a hot day in New York's Central Park. Their joy, in most cases, is brought to an abrupt end by the forces of law and order enforcing the letter of the law. Tired but unrepentant they wander home. –H. E.
