Biography
Self-taught in filmmaking, Orange Betsy came via photography, and interestingly, via musical composition, fascinated by the similarity between musical composition and cinema.
Studying musical composition and classical violin performance at Purchase College in the 1990s, his mentor, classical bassist and composer Alvin Brehm , first initiated comparison and thought about cinema.
Orange currently makes films on his own, contributing his own musical compositions and soundtrack.
