John Roebling, poet, philosopher, socialist, designer and builder of the Brooklyn Bridge, imbues the film with his spirit.
Maurice has facts on his side but he’s no match for The Muse Of Cinema (Julie Motz), willing to picture an outright lie so long as she looks good doing it. Mel Garfinkel plays Oppression Mentality -we see him stabbing at microbes in the air- and Joyce Weiland as Love’s Labor keeps the great Bridge in tip-top shape.
