Singer

Emily Singer is a multi-disciplinary artist and entrepreneur living in New York City. She has both a Business Degree from Parsons The New School for Design and a Masters in Urban Policy from the New School. In between co-running her family’s business and grad school, she took over programming and development for 8ball radio in 2015, growing the radio listening base to over 200k listeners worldwide. She has also been the host of The Gentle Scoundrel show for the past 5 years, a show dedicated to sub-underground music from around the world. In addition she sat on the board of 8ball Community from 2018-2020 helping with fundraising and gala events. In 2018 she built out for 8ball tv the show ‘underground sessions’ directing and collaborating with NYC based musicians creating content for the 8ball tv site. Since January 2021 she has been producing with MM Serra Tales and Visions of The Community with MM serra. She is currently producing and co directing another short series for 8ball tv.
