About
To make ‘If I eat you…” I crawled across a field in Cornwall with a lo-fi macro lens. Taking my body on a feeling-led journey collapsed the default hierarchies that come with being human and upright. Belly down, smushed into bug, dew, buttercup; pollen soon entered the lens and I temporarily merged into the greater field. The accompanying poetic text plunges us into human, plant, and fungal entanglements, asking how we might listen ‘with’ rather than ‘to’.
