Synopsis:
Inspired by painting and with a strong intention to develop a study of static and
moving image, the Space that is created by a blue diagonal line on the black
canvas of the film frame, through observation and contemplation, goes beyond
the depicted and the represented and becomes Time.

Video Artist’s Note:
Painting, photography and cinema. In the first two, there is no sound, the compositions are motionless and the duration of the observation is defined by the observer, while in the third one, as it happens here, there is also no sound, the composition is static and motionless, but the image is moving and the duration of the observation is, practically, defined by and identified with the camera’s maximum recording time, unless the viewer chooses to stop the observation earlier; all of them can capture the intellectual state of time.
