Biography

Anne Colvin is an artist who divides her time between California and Scotland. Her work explores the tension between memory, spoken word, and moving image. 

Most recently her work was included in "Here was Elsewhere," Cooper Gallery, DJCAD, Dundee (2018); "Gallery Tally/Starless in Midnight," BALTIC, Gateshead (2018); "FFWD: Moving Image from Scotland," Minsheng Art Museum, Shanghai (2017). 

Colvin's work has been shown at SFMOMA, Mass MoCA, Berkeley Art Museum, Gavin Brown's Enterprise and GOMA, Glascow among others.
